Why do I need a subscription plan? / Why send more than one box?
Because grief doesn’t go away overnight! In the event of a loss, for example, there may be a funeral or memorial, flowers, dinner drop-offs, and a lot of outreach that first week. Yet the pain and grieving process takes much longer to work through.
By sending your loved one multiple Upsprout gift boxes over several months, you’re providing ongoing love, care, hope, and support.
It will also provide new conversation prompts and more reminders to check-in. Each box is another opportunity to build connection and show your support.
How do your subscription plans work?
When you purchase a subscription plan, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
Will my gift box look exactly like the product photos on your website and social media?
At Upsprout, our gift boxes are semi-custom. Meaning, we start with a particular theme and personalize your gift box around your recipient's unique circumstances. Our gift boxes are sometimes similar but not usually identical.
In addition, we're committed to sourcing products from POC-owned small businesses and small-batch artisans for our gift boxes. Sometimes, these unique items might run out unexpectedly. If this happens, we will replace the unavailable item with another of a similar kind and of equal or higher value. Rest assured, all gift boxes will meet our stringent standards for quality and design.
What is your return/refund policy?
As these are multi-item gift boxes (not sold as individual items), we do not offer returns or refunds, unless an item was missing or damaged upon arrival. If that’s the case, please email us at sales@upsprout.store and we’d be happy to help find a solution.
Shipping
Fast shipping
Your first box will ship within three (3) business days of purchase via the US Post Office or UPS ground service. Delivery is between 3-5 days from the shipment date.
Subsequent gift boxes ship on the 15th of each month (or the closest business day).
Order tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and email from your Upsprout Concierge. Feel free to reply with any special requests. When your gift box ships, you will receive another email with the details of your box including tracking details.
