Upsprout is a subscription box service designed specifically to support and gently guide the experience of grief.
We deliver a monthly care package with high-quality items that are designed to inspire self-care, encourage rest, and build connection.
All you need to do is select a subscription option that fits your needs, and we handle the rest.
You have full control over your subscription with the ability to skip deliveries and three flexible term options.
Your first box will ship within two business days using UPS ground service. Delivery is between 5-7 days from the shipment date.
All following boxes ar billed on the 12th of the month, and ship on the 15th of the month (or closest business day) using UPS Ground service.
Each box includes 5-7 High-quality, full-sized items.
We work with over 50 small businesses to deliver artisan products that we know and trust.
We prioritize herbal-focused gentle products that are suitable for sensitive skin.
The products that we hand pick for our packages are high quality and wholesome -no strong synthetic fragrances or strange chemicals.

We focus on a subscription model, because grieving folks need and deserve long-term consistent support and care.
With our service, we make it easy to consistently show up to offer support and guidance. When support from others fades, a subscription ensures that our loved ones don't grieve alone.
We consider custom orders on a case-by-case basis, but we have worked closely with many customers in the past to find items that perfectly suit your needs.
If you are considering ordering a custom package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details about when you need your package delivered, who it is for, and the number of products you would like to include.
All of our subscription options automatically renew until they are cancelled.
Our Risk-Free Guarantee is exactly what it sounds like. It applies to all of our subscription options.
Once you or your loved ones receive their first subscription box, if they are unhappy with what they receive:
1. Contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt and let us know! (Details are appreciated. We are always trying to improve our service.)
2. We will refund your payment in full to the payment method that you used to purchase the subscription.
3. We will send your loved one a free shipping label so that they can return the box to us at no cost.
Please note that our risk-free guarantee does not extend to custom orders.
The first box that your loved one receives can be returned for a full refund in accordance with our Risk-free guarantee policy.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on any boxes with the exception of the first box received in accordance with our Risk-free guarantee policy. It is the responsibility of your loved one (or any individual who uses our products) to protect their own safety and well-being as they use products received.
In the event of a product being damaged in transit, it will be eligible for replacement. We will do our best to replace it with a same/similar item. Please keep in mind an exact replacement might not be available, as we keep limited stock of each item.
To receive a replacement for a damaged product:
Notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery of your subscription box.
Your loved one can keep and dispose of the damaged product
We will ship a replacement item to your loved one within 7 days
